Here is the Woods on Wilkens 2022 Reserve Replacement Study performed by Miller Dodson Associates as a level 2 update.  "The purpose of the study is to provide the WOW Association with an inventory of the common community facilities and infrastructure components that require periodic replacement.  The study includes a general view of the condition of these items and an effective financial plan to fun projected periodic replacements."
