Originally a horse pasture, the Woods on Wilkens is a lovely condominium development which sits along Wilkens Blvd. in Deerfield Township. Located within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, Cottell Park, and a movie theater, residents enjoy city amenities while living in a small, beautifully landscaped neighborhood nestled along a wooded backdrop.
Incorporated in 2006, the Woods on Wilkens is a resident-owned development governed by an elected Board of Trustees and includes 102 units, a clubhouse and pool. A welcoming and friendly community, residents are often seen walking dogs or socializing along Elizabeth Lane, the one main thoroughfare.
The clubhouse includes a large gathering space with TV and fireplace, full kitchen, exercise room, conference room and library. Residents may use the space for private parties or join other residents for regular social activities such as happy hour, a book club, sewing & craft group, bingo, and scheduled events throughout the year.
